Mia has over a decade’s experience at PAC, advising clients across a range of sectors on building their political profile and communicating effectively. She has led major public affairs campaigns, helping organisations move from limited political visibility to influencing policy debates and securing engagement at the highest levels of government, including ministerial meetings and No. 10.

Mia works closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams, providing trusted strategic advice and building long-standing client relationships through political insight, clear communication and a personable approach.

Ed has worked for The Public Affairs Company since 2009, helping clients navigate the politics of governments led by eight Prime Ministers. He is our political encyclopaedia, with an unrivalled knowledge of Westminster, how Parliament works and the people who shape political decision-making.

Over the years, he has helped clients secure legislative and policy changes, as well as building productive relationships with ministers, special advisers and officials. He also regularly helps clients raise the profile of their public affairs campaigns through political and media engagement.

Outside work, Ed enjoys nothing more than a good political memoir and going for a run.

Abbie advises clients on policy across the health, social care and housing sectors. She leads consulting work for a number of client accounts, supporting organisations to engage effectively with MPs, ministers and senior civil servants and contribute to policy development.

Known for her strong research skills and highly organised approach, Abbie oversees the planning and delivery of many of our Westminster events, helping clients build relationships with key political stakeholders.

Before joining PAC, she obtained a first-class master’s degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Leeds.

Pete advises clients across the housing, health and energy sectors, combining strategic political insight with effective communication to help organisations navigate complex policy issues and respond to emerging political developments.

Known for his personable and collaborative style, Pete builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike. He regularly supports engagement with ministers, shadow ministers, senior civil servants and regional mayors, as well as leading parliamentary events and MP site visits that help organisations build influence and momentum for their campaigns.

Before joining PAC, Pete achieved a distinction in an MA in Global Governance and Diplomacy after obtaining a first-class Law degree from the University of Leeds.
